A bright tropical hop trio of Galaxy, Citra and Nelson Sauvin brings waves of citrus, grapefruit and gooseberry, while a new yeast strain keeps everything crisp, clean and Proper moreish. This is the sort of beer that does a Proper Job of disappearing fast. A Proper Tipple indeed.
