Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and Ireland only.

We do not ship to the Channel Islands (Jersey or Guernsey) or to addresses outside the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually delivered on next working day if ordered before 11:45am.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier performance, particularly Northern Island, Ireland and remote areas.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Standard Delivery: £4.00

Free Standard Delivery: Available on orders with a subtotal of £15.00 or more (after discounts and before shipping).

Shetland: £5

Ireland & Northern Island: £10

Exact shipping charges and eligibility for free delivery are calculated at checkout.

Age Verification

Our products are age restricted. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Age verification may be required at the point of delivery. The carrier may request valid photographic identification. If a suitable ID cannot be provided, delivery may be refused.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will normally leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel from a local depot.

If an order is returned to us due to:

• An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal or inability to complete age verification

We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from any refund issued or to charge an additional redelivery fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
