Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Activation Executive at Jiddler's Tipple! You will be a champion for the brand and will be responsible for nurturing customers and relationships, growing brand loyalty and increasing market share. You will have responsibility for building on the On and Off Trade success of this fast-growing, award-winning beer business. Being a small team, you’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in lots of other exciting business development opportunities as the role develops.

We are looking for someone driven, ambitious, independent, charismatic and eager to learn. A bit about Jiddler’s Tipple

We launched in October 2019 and have since grown rapidly. Based in Turnpike Lane, we make delicious, approachable, inclusive and socially responsible beer. Our award-winning beers are gluten free, vegan, carbon negative, made with 40% solar power and lower-abv (3.8%). They are also wrapped in vintage shirt patterns (so they look as good as they taste!). 

Since launching we've won dozens of awards across the range, amassed 17,000 Instagram followers, sold 900,000 pints, seen 100% YoY growth and launched in Whole Foods, Ocado, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Stonegate, Punch Pubs Metropolitan and Fuller’s. We are looking for the right people to join the journey and help fuel the next phase of growth.

About the Role

Jiddler’s Tipple has seen huge growth over the past five years. We have a product that is proven in the marketplace and now need the right person to join and spearhead growing brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Account management - Maintain and grow the sales of Jiddler's Tipple beers in bricks and mortar accounts. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (generally bar and store manager) within accounts.
  • Report and achieve KPIs - Report on approaches, revenue, order frequency, burn rate and various other KPIs.
  • Being a brand ambassador for Jiddler's Tipple - Build the brand and increase sales by engaging directly with consumers and business owners through training, events, brand activations and samplings. Differentiate our brand through innovative support that adds value to our customers
  • New Business - Grow sales! Use all the above to grow our distribution points and market share

Skills & Experience

  • Proven Success - Track record in account management and/or sales roles
  • People Skills - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, engaging customers, consumers, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Clear Communicator - Strong verbal and written communication skills across face-to-face, phone, and email interactions
  • Organised & Efficient - Ability to plan, prioritise, and effectively journey plan across an area
  • Detail-Oriented - High attention to detail
  • Tech Confident - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally experienced with CRM or sales software
  • Flexible – Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
  • Preferably a driving license
