🧑🍳 From The Naked Chef to Jamie’s Italian 🧑🍳
This one feels pretty special and quite surreal. We are one of the beers on the menu at Jamies Italian!
When I was 8 or 9, encouraged by my parents, I started learning to cook. The very first cookbook my parents bought me was Jamie Oliver's "The Naked Chef" (see signed copy from my parents aged 12).

I've always loved exploring flavour, exprimenting with ingredients and cooking techniques and sharing good food and drink with others.
That same love and curiosity for flavour exploration is what awoke my passion for homebrewing years later - I realised I could not only cook the food at parties, I could make the beer as well! I've always seen brewing as an extension of my love of cooking.
Subsequently it led to taking a punt launching a beer business in October 2019...enter Jiddler's Tipple 🍻
And somehow…that’s led back to this. Now our beer is on the menu at Jamie’s Italian!
Seeing our beer being poured in a restaurant that played a part in where it all started feels pretty surreal - quite the full circle moment!
p.s. the food is bloody delicious 🤤 make sure you try the mushroom and ravioli fritti!
Massive thanks to Jamie Oliver for all the inspiration and especially to my parents for encouraging me to follow my curiosity from a young age 🙌
