This session sour is brewed with buckets of Passion(fruit) and combined with the tropical delights of Mosaic on the dry hop. We used a new concentrated hop extract called Spectrum to keep the bitterness low. We also added some salt and lactose to keep the sourness restrained and balanced, creating a moreish and sessionable sour. 

It’s a balanced, restrained sour, drink me all day Pash Sesh.
